From downtown to Fiesta Texas and Sea World to Woodlawn Lake to the military bases, there is no shortage of spectacle on New Year’s Eve and Fourth of July. This aggregate of lights was city-wide, reminiscent of how the city celebrates when the Spurs have won their NBA championships.
