LINCOLN—(KFOR Jan. 1)The Lancaster County Attorney’s Office has launched of the first prosecutor data dashboard in Nebraska. In a media release to KFOR News, Lancaster County Attorney Patrick Condon said this data dashboard provides five (5) years of historical data on cases referred to the county attorney’s office for prosecution, including: adult criminal charges, juvenile law violations, child abuse/neglect referrals, and mental health board filings. The public will be able to obtain an overview of the number of cases referred, accepted for prosecution, and those that have been declined for prosecution. Visitors can also review breakdowns on the frequency of specific crime types by category, such as Weapons Offenses, DUIs, Drugs and Narcotics, Domestic Violence and Sex Offenses.
