LINCOLN, N.D. (KXNET) — A young woman is in trouble after police say she attacked a police officer and an emergency medical worker. Police say the incident happened on Saturday afternoon, when police in Lincoln were called to a home where they said Teila Arpan was intoxicated and was in danger of harming herself.Chief Matt Giddings says as they were trying to take Arpan to the hospital, she punched a woman and kicked him in the face.
