PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Police Department arrested a man on Dec. 27 for allegedly causing damage to the Captial Grille. Edward Barlog was charged with malicious damage. Police responded to the area around 1 p.m. for a report of a male causing “significant damage” to the restaurant.
