CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - A vehicle fire caused delays in Chesapeake Thursday afternoon. According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the east left lane, right lane and right shoulder are closed on I-64 near Shell Road due to the fire.
