SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A winter weather system brought rain to the majority of the Bay Area Tuesday. The Christmas Eve weather forecast called for possible lightning, increased flood potential, wind gusts up to 50 mph and hail the size of pennies, according to the National Weather Service.
