NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — A former Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans employee accused of misrepresentations concerning benefits has been arrested. President Joe Biden commutes sentence of former New Orleans police officer The Office of Attorney General Liz Murrill reported that 44-year-old Ederik Trask was arrested on Friday, Dec. 20, after an investigation into allegations that a former employee may have "knowingly committed Workers Compensation Fraud." Trask reportedly surrendered to agents on Friday and was booked into the Orleans Parish Jail. He faces a charge of misrepresentations concerning benefits over $10,000.
