RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County Sheriff’s deputies along with the Department of Natural Resources worked to recover a body from Windsor Lake, said the sheriff’s department. The body was recovered a body from Windsor Lake, near the 1400 block of Oakcrest Drive around 12:45 p.m. on Monday, Dec 20. The Richland County Coroner’s Office will do an autopsy to determine the cause of death but there were no obvious signs of trauma, said RCSD. The investigation is ongoing.
