Double homicide suspect sought by New Orleans police

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department has asked for the public's help in finding the suspect in a Milneburg double homicide.
On Sunday, Dec. 15, NOPD officers responded to the call of a shooting near the corner of Franklin Avenue and Madrid Street. They arrived to find multiple gunshot wound victims.

A 16-year-old boy was pronounced dead on the scene. Two additional victims, a 23-year-old man and a 22-year-old man were both taken to the hospital by car where one died from their wounds.

The fourth victim, a 17-year-old boy was taken to the hospital by EMS. An update on his condition was not given.
Officers also released surveillance footage of the area that shows the suspect running out from behind a fence, firing shots.
