DENVER (KDVR) — The Boulder County Sheriff's Office recovered a male body from the area of the 3rd Flatiron on Wednesday. The agency said that just after noon on Wednesday, a deceased male was located via a Boulder Emergency Squad drone. Details about the dead individual were not provided on Wednesday. Man dies after falling from Second Flatiron near Boulder The Rocky Mountain Rescue Group recovered the body through a technical climb up to the deceased male's body. They then brought the body out to the waiting Boulder County Coroner Investigator. The Boulder County Sheriff's Office said the evacuation took over eight hours to complete. The Boulder County Coroner's Office is tasked with identifying the body, notifying next of kin and determining the manner and cause of death.
