This time of year, wintry weather and Bills games often go hand. Up to this point in the season, weather headlines in Orchard Park have largely gravitated toward heavy snow versus bitter cold. This weekend will flip that script. ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) -- While snow is unlikely Sunday, very cold air will settle across WNY. Temperatures are expected to be in the teens with wind chills in the single digits as the Bills host the Patriots at 4:25. While active snow won't be in the picture, it's likely snow WILL be on the ground as a clipper Friday & lake effect into Saturday keep a layer of white in the vicinity of Highmark Stadium. Sunday is likely to be one of the coldest we've experienced this season areawide. If anyone is looking to get in the Christmas spirit this weekend, I encourage you to come hang out with me in WNY. These are Sunday morning forecast wind chills, per the Euro. Plus, there will be snow. A warming trend will build into next week and carry us into at least the close of the year.
