BRISTOL, CT. (WWLP) - Two men who were arrested in eastern Massachusetts last week who were accused of being part of an alleged high-end car theft ring were also arrested for similar crimes in Connecticut.  12 arrested for high end car theft ring in Massachusetts Massachusetts State Police say that on December 11th, the suspects used programming devices that could turn blank key fobs into functional keys for the vehicles, allowing them to break into the cars and then drive off. The Bristol, Connecticut Police Department states the men also tried to steal cars from a dealership on December 8th, just days before their arrest in Massachusetts.  Nelshon Pires and Andy Semedo of Brockton were arrested on December 8th after a report of suspicious activity near a car dealership in Bristol. They are facing charges for possessing burglary tools, similar to what was used to steal cars here in Massachusetts.  Both men will be back in court in Connecticut on December 23rd.
