(WRIC) -- Two men were killed and another was seriously injured in a Tuesday morning head-on crash on James Madison Highway in Louisa County. On Tuesday, Dec. 17 at 4:05 a.m., troopers with Virginia State Police (VSP) responded to the 4600 block of James Madison Highway for report of a deadly two-vehicle crash. According to VSP, its investigators found that 36-year-old Kenneth Justino Rowley was driving north on the highway when he crossed the double solid yellow lines and hit a car driven by 63-year-old Wade Lee Dickinson head-on. Rowley was wearing his seatbelt, according to VSP. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died due to his injuries. 36-year-old man dead after driving off road, flipping into creek in Nottoway Dickinson was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. He died at the scene of the crash, according to VSP. His son, 21-year-old Kaleb Dickinson, was sitting in the front seat at the time of the crash. He was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. There is an ongoing investigation into this crash.
