NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WPRI) — An investigation is underway after a two-alarm fire broke out at a mobile home park in North Attleboro. Crews responded to the scene on Woodchip Square just after 7 a.m. Tuesday. A woman who was inside the home when it caught fire was rescued and taken to the hospital with minor injuries. "One of the hydrants wasn't operational, so we had to get additional water supply from Plain Street about 1,000 feet away to get that water established to our firefighters," Coleman explained. One home was gutted, but there was no damage to any of the neighboring trailers. A propane tank next to the mobile home did get hot from the flames, Coleman said, but did not explode. As of now, crews say the fire does not appear to be suspicious. Close Thanks for signing up! Watch for us in your inbox. Subscribe Now Daily Roundup SIGN UP NOW
