SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A two-vehicle crash caused major delays at the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel (MMMBT) Tuesday morning. According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), all north lanes were closed as a result of the crash. All lanes have since reopened. Courtesy: VDOT Virginia State Police told 10 On Your Side one person was transferred to a local hospital to be treated for non life-threatening injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
