Longmeadow home destroyed in thirdalarm house fire

LONGMEADOW, Mass. (WWLP) -- Several fire departments responded to a third-alarm house fire on Tennyson Drive in Longmeadow Sunday morning.
According to Longmeadow Fire Chief John Rigney, upon arrival, crews found that the fire had spread through the walls and attic, and was intensifying.
Firefighters were able to bring the fire under control, but the home was deemed a total loss.Both the Longmeadow Fire Department and the State Fire Marshal's Office are investigating the cause of the fire.
