A 25-year-old man was shot in the neck when a stray bullet blasted through the window of the MTA bus he was riding on in Brooklyn early Sunday, police said. The B15 bus was nearing Hegeman Ave. and Thomas Boyland St., when the stray shot fired from outside hit the victim in the neck about 1:25 a.m., an NYPD spokesman said.
