ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – McQuaid Jesuit's robotics and engineering program is hosting the Finger Lakes FIRST Lego League Regional Qualifier. Middle school students from across Monroe County will meet on Saturday to demonstrate their skills in building, programming, and showing their research projects from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. "This is a great example of the extremely bright kids in the Monroe county that will be leading the way in the not too distant future," Casey MacClaren said. The event is taking place inside the gymnasium at McQuaid Jesuit on 1800 S Clinton Avenue in Rochester.
