ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A couple celebrated the grand opening of their cannabis dispensary after two years of fighting red tape. Fairport couple hopeful for approval of NYS conditional cannabis retail dispensary application Back in July, the State granted them a 'Cuard' License which they say was a major step toward getting the business off the ground. On December 13, they say their dreams finally came true when 'Flower City Dispensary' opened it's doors. The shop is located in Victor at 8053 Pittsford-Victor Road.
