Its brokerage team is working on finding local, regional, or nationally-based investors. They listed possibilities, such as for multi-family residential uses. The building has been long known as an iconic piece of the Rochester skyline, namely for how it looks like a flying saucer. Others may remember going into the building and taking the glass elevator up to the former Changing Scenes Restaurant.
