ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A 9-month-old baby boy is dead after he was found unresponsive at a home on Christopher Court in Rochester and hospitalized, officers announced. (WROC/Gio Battaglia) According to police, they were called to the home just before 9 p.m. Tuesday for the report of an unresponsive infant. The child was found by officers and taken to Strong Memorial Hospital via ambulance where he was treated in the PICU unit. He died around 2 p.m. Wednesday. Motorcyclist dead after Lake Avenue crash Investigators said it appeared as though this was just a "tragic accident," adding that there were no signs of abuse or neglect. No criminal charges are expected to be filed. The investigation is ongoing.
