Researchers at the Marine Mammal Research Program (MMRP) at University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Hawaiʻi Institute of Marine Biology (HIMB) revealed the energetic cost and vulnerabilities of migratory humpback mothers-to-be in a study published in The Journal of Physiology.
