Two years ago, a single mother of three boys escaped a life-threatening domestic violence situation. She's been diagnosed with complex post-traumatic stress disorder, from prolonged trauma.
Mom is a widow and gets help from the "Domestic Violence Services for Families" at "Child and Family Service."
As a result, Mom is healing and becoming more confident. She works for a non-profit and her goal is to go to school so she can someday open her own non-profit.
Mom and her three boys could use clothes. Her 16-year-old son could use shoes as well. Both her 11-year-old and nine-year-old sons would love books, with a note that her 11-year-old loves "Oddball books."
Mom could use grocery and gas gift cards.
