Update: Central NY under a winter storm watch until early Friday morning – up to 14 inches of snow

On Wednesday at 12:03 a.m. an updated winter storm watch was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 1 p.m. until Friday 4 a.m. for Oneida, Onondaga, Madison and Cortland counties.The weather service states to anticipate, "Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 14 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph."
