NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — A man has been hospitalized following a shooting that happened in the New Orleans East area on Tuesday evening, Dec. 3. According to the New Orleans Police Department, the shooting, which happened in the 8400 block of South Interstate 10 Service Road, was reported at 7:50 p.m. Pedestrian dead following New Orleans East crash The initial investigation reportedly shows that one man was shot at least once in the body. He was taken by New Orleans EMS to a local hospital for treatment. No further information was provided.
