WELLSTON, Okla. (KFOR) — A man wanted for murder out of Midwest City was captured by the U.S. Marshals Service on Wednesday in Wellston.
"He was just bleeding everywhere and I didn't know where it was specifically, I was doing what I could," said Larry, who was there for Jacob Price's last moments.
Archer allegedly shot and killed Price on November 19 at an apartment complex near E Reno Ave and W Glenhaven in Midwest City.
Larry said he had known Price for a while and was a good kid who would never hurt anyone.
The family set up a GoFundMe for Price in the hopes of being able to afford his memorial and funeral services.
According to court documents, a woman told police that Archer was at the complex wanting to buy jewelry that day. She said that a woman who Price once dated was living with her and that he lived at the same apartment complex.
That night, the woman said that Archer left to return to his vehicle to get his wallet. She said a fight between Price and Archer ensued and a single gunshot rang out.
Larry said he heard the gunshot and saw Price stumble to his door.
"The chair I had in front of my door got knocked to the side and he fell. I had him and called him over to lie down. My wife gave me a towel to stop all of the blood," said Larry.

He said that there was an obvious entrance wound that went through Price's arm to the other side.
"My wife's hollering, the girl is kind of half-hysterical, dispatch was hysterical. Jake's mom comes down and she's right there next to him screaming help my baby," said Larry.
"He just quit moving and quit breathing, just right there," said Larry.
Archer's home is in rural Wellston. The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office spent Tuesday in a massive manhunt searching for him but to no avail and the search was suspended.
Wednesday morning the U.S. Marshals Service sent out a warrant poster for $10 million in the hopes of finding information leading to Archer's arrest.
News 4 went out to the property that Archer owns and talked to neighbors who were shocked to hear he was wanted for murder.
While News 4 was out near the property, Archer was found and taken into custody.
Family and friends told News 4 they were relieved to hear that.
