(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) found one person dead after responding to an apartment complex to investigate a disturbance. On Tuesday, Nov. 26, at around 10:38 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of South Chelton Road off South Academy Boulevard. Upon arrival, they found a man who had at least one gunshot wound and was lying on the ground. Officers attempted life-saving measures, but the man was declared dead on the scene. An investigation later revealed that the incident involved an argument between two individuals who knew each other. CSPD is working on identifying and locating the suspect.
