INDIANAPOLIS — A serious crash forced Interstate 69 to briefly close in both directions on Tuesday. The crash happened near the exit for State Road 13 and Fortville. Traffic needed to be stopped in both directions to allow a helicopter to land at the scene, according to Indiana State Police. Traffic is backed up on I-69 after a serious crash on Nov 26, 2024. The crash occurred near the 214.6 mile marker. One vehicle was involved in the crash, police said. As of this article's publication, it is unknown how many injuries the crash caused, if any at all.
