FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - An investigation is underway after a juvenile was found with a gunshot wound in Fresno Monday, according to the Fresno Police Department. Police say just before 2 p.m. officers from the southwest policing district responded to the area of Jensen and Walnut avenues in Fresno regarding a victim of a gunshot wound. Officers say they arrived on scene and found a juvenile with a gunshot wound to the lower body. According to police, EMS arrived on the scene and transported the victim to a local hospital. Police say the status of the juvenile is unknown at this time.
