SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- We are starting the holiday week with near normal temperatures and mostly dry conditions, but areas to our north will deal with periods of rain. An atmospheric river is bringing steady light to moderate rain along the Central Coast Monday and looks to slide farther south Tuesday into Wednesday. It gives us a slight chance of some drizzle to light rain in those overnight hours, but besides that we will stay mostly dry and cloudy the next few days. Most of that rain activity will stay to our north, so keep that in mind when traveling for Thanksgiving early this week.  Much of Southern California, especially San Diego, will get sunshine and warm temperatures for Thursday.  Daytime highs for Tuesday with top out in the low 70s for the coast and inland valleys with low 60s for the mountains and upper 70s for the deserts.
