Police lights   RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– One person is dead and another has been taken to the hospital after a shooting on Decker Blvd, said RCSD. According to the sheriff’s department, deputies were working a detail at Club Space when they heard gunfire behind the building. Then deputies found two victims and began lifesaving measures. One of the victims was conscious and alert with a gunshot wound to the upper body area. She was taken by EMS to a local hospital. The second victim has received a gunshot wound in the upper body area and was found unresponsive. EMS pronounced her dead at the scene. Richland County Sheriff’s Department is continuing to investigate the shooting.
