(Photo by Jeff Motz/KFOR News)LINCOLN–(KFOR Nov. 25)–Firefighters battled a garage fire Monday morning at a south Lincoln apartment complex. LFR public information officer MJ Lierman told KFOR News the fire happened around 9am Monday in an eight-unit garage at Williamsburg Apartments near 40th and Nebraska Parkway, where crews found fire inside the first unit and contained the spread of the blaze to just two units. She says it was a good stop for fire crews because there were no fire stops in the roof area. No one was hurt and what caused the fire remains under investigation.
