Help thousands of area children through Salvation Army Angel Tree

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) -- The South Central Central Command Salvation Army in Wichita says thousands of children in Sedgwick County need help this Christmas season.
The Salvation Army needs your help to ensure a child in need does not go without this holiday season. You can give a gift to a child through the Salvation Army Angel Tree program.
Friends University, Bradley Fair hold Christmas lighting events
Angel Trees will be at these Walmart and Sam’s Club locations as of November 21st:

Starting November 29th, Angel Trees will be at both mall locations:
Towne East Square (on upper level, located near the interior Dillard's entrance)
Towne West Square (located near the JCPenney entrance)
You can also sponsor a child through the Virtual Tree at https://salarmywichita.theangelgivingtree.org/.
If you purchase a gift for a child through the virtual tree, the child’s name and code must be securely attached to each gift. If you have not already done so, you will need to register to create an account.
All gifts from the virtual tree need to be returned by Dec. 6. They can be dropped off in the lobby of the Salvation Army at 350 N. Market in downtown Wichita.
The lobby is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 12:30 to 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.
