Drivers identified in Wisconsin crash that sent a 23yearold to the hospital with lifethreatening injuries

RUBICON, Wis. (WFRV) - Authorities in Wisconsin say they have identified the drivers involved in a crash that resulted in a 23-year-old being arrested and taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
According to a release from the Dodge County Sheriff's Office, at 5:00 p.m. on November 19, deputies responded to a crash on Goodland Road at County Road N in the town of Rubicon.
Officials say a 2021 Infinity failed to stop at a stop sign causing it to be hit by an oncoming 2024 Western Star semi-truck with both vehicles ending up in a ditch.

The driver of the semi-truck has been identified as 35-year-old Volodymr Kozmyn from Illinois and he reported to have not been hurt in the crash and was later released from the scene.
The driver of the Infinity has been identified as 23-year-old Sultan Al Zein from Milwaukee and he was arrested for OWI and taken to the hospital where officials say he is still facing life-threatening injuries.
