FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- Those traveling through downtown Monday may experience some traffic delays as crews install a water service line. Starting Monday morning, lasting until late afternoon, the far south lane of E Jefferson Blvd between Monroe and Francis Street will be closed. This is due to crews installing a water service line. Motorists could experience some delays as a result of the lane closure and are being asked to plan accordingly.
