What is closed for Thanksgiving in the Richmond area?

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Several Richmond localities have announced closures recently ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.
City of Richmond
According to the City of Richmond, their offices will be closed on Wednesday, Nov. 27, Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Although the offices will be closed, emergency services will still be available.
There will be no trash or recycling collection on Thursday, and all scheduled collections will be picked up the following day -- Friday, Nov. 28.
The East Richmond Road Convenience Center (ERRCC) Landfill -- located at 3800 East Richmond Road -- will also be closed on Thursday and Friday, and will re-open on Saturday, Nov. 30.
The regular business hours for city offices will resume on Monday, Dec. 2.
Chesterfield County
According to the county's website, government offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
In terms of Chesterfield Courts, all courts will close at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 27 and the Circuit Court Clerk's recording hours will be 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. All courts will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
In regard to libraries, all Chesterfield Public Library locations will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, and all locations will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
Both Northern Area and Southern Area Convenience Centers in Chesterfield will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
The Chesterfield Health Department will close at noon on Wednesday and will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
Henrico County
According to the county's website, all offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
