FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office said a man has been arrested in connection to a shoplifting incident. Authorities said 20-year-old Defrederic Twitty of Lancaster is accused of shoplifting at the Grand Central gas station on SC Highway 200.
