AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The Austin Police Department are investigating a two-vehicle crash that happened in south Austin Thursday night, the agency said on social media. Shortly before 9:30 p.m., APD said officers responded to the crash in the 2800 block of Barton Springs Road. Police said the road is closed between William Barton Drive and Andrew Zilker Road. Drivers should avoid the area or seek an alternate route. No other details were released Thursday.
