COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— In today’s look at Local Living, you can kick off the holidays at Segra Park.
Fireflies Holiday Lights feature more lights and more activities than ever before, including the return of the Fireflies Express.
The display is open now through January 4 on select nights from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Tickets are $10 this month and $12 next month.
In honor of National Adopt a Senior Pet Month, Columbia Animal Services says adoption fees for all animals age 5 years and older are waived all throughout this month.
Every adopted pet will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations.
The shelter is open Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office is hosting their 18th annual Thanksgiving fundraiser next week.
A $10 plate includes chicken, two sides, and dessert.
You can pick it up on Wednesday, November 27, at the training center behind the sheriff’s office.
All proceeds will go towards Toys for Tots.
ABC Columbia is proud to partner with the Salvation Army for the Angel Tree Program.
Each year you have the chance to provide Christmas presents for a Midlands child in need.
Unlike in previous years, this year’s Angel Tree Program is all online.
