BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Houchin Community Blood Bank is bringing back their "Mystery Box" promotion for all donors during Thanksgiving week. Starting on Monday, and running through next Saturday after Thanksgiving, every successful donor will be able to open a "Mystery Box." City of Bakersfield votes 6-0 in approval of Recreation & Parks Master Plan Each box will contain a gift card valued between $10 to $500. Walk-ins are welcomed, but donors are encouraged to check the modified holiday hours and make an appointment online at HCBB.com.
