SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The Youth Aid Bureau is seeking the public's help in locating a 13-year-old girl who ran away. The Springfield Police Department says that Chelsea Torres is approximately 5’1’’ tall, weighs 130 pounds and was last seen wearing a pink camouflage hoodie, khaki pants and purple and white Nike sneakers, carrying an Astronaut backpack.
