CLAXTON, Ga. (WSAV) - The Claxton Police Department (CPD) is investigating a Monday morning shooting that left one person injured. At approximately 11:30 a.m., one person was shot in Claxton. It happened on Magnolia Street. The individual was left with a non-life-threatening injury as a result of the shooting. This is an active investigation and there is believed to be no threat to the public at this time, according to ECSO.  Stay with WSAV News 3 for all the updates as new details are released.
