KING & QUEEN COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Virginia State Police is investigating a deadly single-vehicle crash that happened in King and Queen County early Monday morning.
At approximately 2:06 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 18, state police responded to a single-vehicle crash that occurred on Route 360 Westbound, located just west of Doodle Lane in King and Queen County.
According to state police, a 2016 GMC Yukon ran off the road to the left side, overcorrected to the right and hit a tree.
45-year-old Richard Lakeith Neale of the Chester area of Chesterfield County was the driver of the SUV, who died from injuries on the scene. State police confirmed he was not wearing a seatbelt.
This crash is still under investigation by Virginia State Police.
