SHIPSHEWANA, Ind. (WANE) Shipshewana’s Lights of Joy, is returning this year with more lights than ever before, making it one of the biggest and most spectacular drive-through light experiences in the region according to organizers. The display opens November 22 and runs through December 31 (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas). Over two million LED lights will illuminate a nearly 2-mile route filled with magical scenes, traditional Christmas stories like the nativity, lighted arches, and animated displays, creating a winter wonderland. Set on the grounds of the Shipshewana RV Park, the light display will weave through stunning holiday scenes, with entry starting at the Shipshewana Flea Market on SR 5 and exiting onto CR 200 N.
