RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Virginia Department of Transportation has reported that drivers can expect delays on Interstate 95 Northbound in Richmond due to a high impact multi-vehicle crash. (Courtesy of VDOT) According to VDOT, there was a multi-vehicle crash on I-95 Northbound at mile marker 78.5 in Richmond.
