EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- One person was seriously hurt in a crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle in the Lower Valley on Saturday morning, Nov. 16, a Fire Department spokesman said. The crash happened just before 11 a.m. Saturday at North Zaragoza and Betel. One person was transported Code 3 (serious injuries). 2 pedestrians struck, killed in apparent hit-and-run along I-10 This is the second crash involving a pedestrian this weekend. Two pedestrians will struck and killed early Saturday morning in an apparent hit-and-run along Interstate 10 West at the Downtown exit, police said.
