ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A woman from Rochester was hospitalized Friday evening after officers with the Rochester Police Department say a vehicle struck her and fled on W Ridge Road near Bonesteel Street in Rochester. When officers arrived to the scene they found the woman, 21, conscious but with an injury to her upper body. AMR took the woman to Strong Memorial Hospital. Her injuries are not considered life-threatening. The cause of the motor vehicle accident is still under investigation. Anyone with further information is asked to call 911.
