YEMASSEE, S.C. (WSAV) - The rainy weather has proven to be an additional challenge in the continued search for the remaining missing monkeys in Yemassee. According to the Yemassee Police Department (YPD), none of the remaining eight missing monkeys have been recovered due to the persistent rain in the area. Currently, the total number of primates recovered stands at 35. All 35 recovered animals have been examined and are reported to be in good health.
