Three Inland boys water programs hoping to taste championship glory once again and another looking to reach the summit for the first time will be among those competing for CIF Southern Sections titles at the Mt. San Antonio College Aquatics Complex on Saturday, Nov. 16.

King and Los Osos square off in another all-Inland showdown, the Division 3 championship match scheduled to start at 3:50 p.m.
Montclair is the team in this quartet playing for a section title for the first time. The Cavaliers (16-11) advanced to the finals with victories over Sierra Vista, Patriot and Edgewood.
San Bernardino has reached the section finals for the third time. The program claimed the Division 4 title in 1993 and was the Division 5 runner-up in 1997. The Wolves (20-10) reached this year’s finals with victories over Redlands East Valley, Carpinteria, Trabuco Hills and Pasadena Poly. Logan Brown scored four goals, and Gavin Starling added three more goals in the 9-7 semifinal win over Pasadena Poly.
Los Osos has advanced the section finals for the seventh time. The program claimed titles in 2008 (Division 5), 2012 (Division 4), and 2013 (Division 4) and was a runner-up in 2009 (Division 5), 2014 (Division 2), and 2018 (Division 3). The Grizzlies (19-10) have reached this year’s finals with wins over Walnut, Upland, Temple City, and Santa Monica. Mike Hale registered 22 saves, while Andres Garcia and Caden Rodriguez each scored two goals in the 7-6 semifinal win over Santa Monica.
