(KRON) -- Mosswood Meltdown announced the initial lineup of bands for the 2025 edition of the beloved punk-leaning East Bay music festival on Thursday. In a "Holiday Special" Instagram post, the music festival revealed that next year's lineup will include pioneering Ohio new wave band, Devo, garage rockers Osees, and rapper Kreayshawn, among others. The festival, as usual, will be hosted by film director and impresario, John Waters. Tickets for the festival, which is slated for July 19-20 in Oakland's Mosswood Park, are already on sale.
